Sumario: | The study addresses the general problem: How, through the use of a desktop computer system, the academic management of CETPRO Maynas, 2024 is improved? Its general objective is “To implement a desktop computer system to improve the Academic Management of CETPRO Maynas, 2024”. The research focused on optimizing key processes such as the registration of students and teachers, the collection of tuition, the creation of schedules, and the generation of reports. A quantitative approach was used with a pre-experimental design, observing the operation times before and after the implementation of the system. The study population included the administrative and academic processes of CETPRO, and a sample of specific records was analyzed to measure the impact of the system. The results showed a significant reduction in operating times, with improvements ranging from 35% to 72%, highlighting the efficiency of the implemented system. We conclude that the implementation of the desktop computing system not only improves operational efficiency, but also increases user satisfaction, exceeding initial expectations and validating the hypothesis that the right technology can transform educational management. This study provides a viable and effective technological solution for educational institutions seeking to modernize their processes, offering a solid foundation for future research and applications in similar contexts. |
