The study addresses the general problem: How, through the use of a desktop computer system, the academic management of CETPRO Maynas, 2024 is improved? Its general objective is “To implement a desktop computer system to improve the Academic Management of CETPRO Maynas, 2024”. The research focused on optimizing key processes such as the registration of students and teachers, the collection of tuition, the creation of schedules, and the generation of reports. A quantitative approach was used with a pre-experimental design, observing the operation times before and after the implementation of the system. The study population included the administrative and academic processes of CETPRO, and a sample of specific records was analyzed to measure the impact of the system.
