The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between university management and student satisfaction at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos 2020; This being a descriptive and correlational study, with a non-experimental design supported by Hernández-Sampieri and Mendoza (2018); For which a sample of 337 students has been taken into account, who were surveyed through a questionnaire, used as a data collection instrument, given this, the study has managed to conclude that the university management of the UNAP is regular ( 53%), due to the regular development of the components that make it up with are institutional policies, internal management and infrastructure. Likewise, it has been concluded that the satisfaction level of the UNAP students is at a medium level (53%), which has been established indices that have been established from the perception of the students regarding teaching processes, university life, academic organization, infrastructure and other university services, this being a negative biased response. Finally, it has been possible to determine that there is a significant relationship between university management and the satisfaction of students at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos 2020; which has been corroborated by the correlation coefficient of 0.811 and a significance (bilateral) of 0.000.
