The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between university management and student satisfaction at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos 2020; This being a descriptive and correlational study, with a non-experimental design supported by Hernández-Sampieri and Mendoza (2018); For which a sample of 337 students has been taken into account, who were surveyed through a questionnaire, used as a data collection instrument, given this, the study has managed to conclude that the university management of the UNAP is regular ( 53%), due to the regular development of the components that make it up with are institutional policies, internal management and infrastructure.
