Sumario:Findings are presented in relation to the study after the application of a basic preparation program to improve the management of the educational institution; the main objective was formulated to evaluate the effect of the basic preparation program to improve the management of the public educational institution. 60024 of the District of San Juan Bautista, 2023. The study is an evaluative quasi-experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 25 teachers as well as managers of the educational institution. The findings in relation to the general hypothesis have verified that the implementation of the fundamental preparation program has substantial impacts on the administration of the Public Educational Institution 60024 of the District of San Juan. The value of X2 is 13.676 and the value of p is 0.001, which is below the high level of significance of 0.05. It is concluded that the implementation of the fundamental preparation program has notable impacts on the administration of the Public Educational Institution 60024 of the District of San Juan. These effects are evident in the comparison between the admission exam and the entrance test. Dissolution of the experimental group.
