Sumario:The research that was carried out presents as a title, Pedagogical Management and Educational Inclusion Strategies in teachers of the Iquitos 2021 Faculty of Education, the general objective was to explain the association between pedagogical management and educational inclusion strategies in teachers of the Faculty of Education. The methodological design was formed; the type of non-experimental research, descriptive correlational, that is, the Pedagogical Management variable was related to the Educational Inclusion variables and the cross-sectional correlational research design was applied, with a sample of 33 teachers. The questionnaire was used as a technique and the Likert Scale as an instrument. Se encontró un coeficiente de correlación rxy = 0,677. It was found a correlation coefficient rxy = 0,677. As a conclusion, after having carried out the statistical analysis, with respect to the general objective, it is concluded that there is a strong significant direct relationship between the pedagogical management and the strategies of educational inclusion in the teachers of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Humanities.
