The research that was carried out presents as a title, Pedagogical Management and Educational Inclusion Strategies in teachers of the Iquitos 2021 Faculty of Education, the general objective was to explain the association between pedagogical management and educational inclusion strategies in teachers of the Faculty of Education. The methodological design was formed; the type of non-experimental research, descriptive correlational, that is, the Pedagogical Management variable was related to the Educational Inclusion variables and the cross-sectional correlational research design was applied, with a sample of 33 teachers.
