Sumario: | The objective of this research was to diagnose the pedagogical management of the Educational Institution N° 60036 "Luis Alfonso Navarro Cauper" in the Bilingual Manacamiri-Iquitos Community 2021. The type of study is non-experimental with a descriptive design, considering a population of twenty-five teachers and the same as the sample, for which non-probabilistic sampling was used. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, being structured for each variable with its respective dimension and item; likewise, they were validated by three teachers with expertise in the subject and to obtain the reliability the Cronbach's alpha statistic was used, which indicates that they are reliable. Statistical graphs were used to analyze the tables of data percentages and averages. The most relevant conclusions were the following: The diagnosis of Pedagogical Management is perceived as "not very adequate". Likewise, the management of curricular design, classroom management and academic monitoring is perceived by the teachers of educational institution 60036 as not very adequate. The management of institutional pedagogical practice is perceived as not adequate. The data collected were evaluated by means of statistical tables and graphs, which made it possible to accept the research hypothesis: The 'pedagogical management is little adequate in the bilingual educational institution N° 60036 "Luis Alfonso Navarro Cauper" in the community Manacamiri-Iquitos 2021. |
