The objective of this research was to diagnose the pedagogical management of the Educational Institution N° 60036 "Luis Alfonso Navarro Cauper" in the Bilingual Manacamiri-Iquitos Community 2021. The type of study is non-experimental with a descriptive design, considering a population of twenty-five teachers and the same as the sample, for which non-probabilistic sampling was used. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, being structured for each variable with its respective dimension and item; likewise, they were validated by three teachers with expertise in the subject and to obtain the reliability the Cronbach's alpha statistic was used, which indicates that they are reliable.
