| Sumario: | The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the We Critically Read program on the vocational orientation of fifth-grade high school students of the educational institution Centro Experimental de la UNAP, 2023.In this quasi experimental research and quantitative design, a sample of 56 students enrolled in fifth grade of secondary school of the Educational Institution Centro Experimental de la UNAP was used, divided into two groups: 29 in the experimental group and 27 in the control group. At the end of the program, the hypothesis is accepted since the students show a considerable improvement in their vocational orientation, since through various texts read they are able to identify their skills and interests more easily, and manifest a strengthening in their personality. Other researchers and institutions are urged to conduct these types of programs to support young people who need someone who can provide them with the guidance to choose their professional career appropriately. |
