The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of digital transformation on the organizational performance of companies in the Iquitos 2024 financial system. The study was basic, adopted a quantitative approach, and was classified as correlational and non-experimental in design. The sample consisted of 63 employees. The results show that, regarding Digital Transformation, 50.8% report strongly agreeing, a certain percentage (31.7%) agreeing, 6.4% strongly disagreeing, while only 6.3% were undecided and 4.8% disagreed. This indicates that the perception of Digital Transformation is high. Therefore, it was concluded that digital transformation positively impacts the organizational performance of companies in the Iquitos 2024 financial system, with a significance level of p=0.000.
