Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo fue elaborado de acuerdo con lo establecido en la resolución N° 0083-2022-CU-UNALM; su propósito fue describir la implementación del proceso de acreditación del programa de estudios de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos en el Modelo de Acreditación para programas de estudios de educación superior universitaria del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad Educativa (SINEACE), para mejorar la calidad educativa del programa de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial. Este trabajo se fundamenta por ser una investigación descriptiva, no experimental y se realiza en un determinado tiempo (2019-2021). Se empleó la metodología del ciclo de Deming, conocida como: PHVA (Planear-Hacer-Verificar-Actuar), la cual articulada con la Escala de valoración de avances del proceso de autoevaluación del SINEACE, se logró altos niveles de cumplimiento de los estándares contemplados en el Modelo, a esta etapa del proceso de acreditación se le llama autoevaluación. Para ello, fue necesaria la definición de modelos de acreditación, las dimensiones del modelo y calidad educativa. Se desarrollaron un conjunto de acciones orientadas al mejoramiento del nivel de logro de los estándares de acreditación para solicitar la Evaluación Externa del SINEACE del programa en el año 2021 (etapa final del proceso), y lo que se obtuvo como resultado fue un promedio general de 09 habiendo tenido como punto de partida un puntaje de 05. El autor del presente trabajo se desempeñó de manera exitosa puesto que aplicó los conocimientos adquiridos durante su formación académica universitaria.This work was prepared in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 0083-2022-CUUNALM; its purpose was to describe the implementation of the accreditation process of the study program in accordance with the guidelines established in the Accreditation Model for university higher education study programs of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Educational Quality (SINEACE), in order to improve the educational quality of the Business Management Engineering program. This work is based on the fact that it is a descriptive, non-experimental research and it is carried out in a certain period of time (2019-2021). The methodology of the Deming cycle was used, known as PHVA (Plan-DoCheck-Act), which articulated with the Scale of assessment of progress of the SINEACE selfevaluation process, achieved high levels of compliance with the standards set out in the Model, this stage of the accreditation process is called self-evaluation. For this, it was necessary to define accreditation models, the dimensions of the model and educational quality. A set of actions aimed at improving the level of achievement of the accreditation standards were developed in order to request the SINEACE External Evaluation of the program in the year 2021 (final stage of the process), and what was obtained as a result was an overall average of 09, having had as a starting point a score of 05.
