Departamento Académico de Economía y PlanificaciónLa presente monografía tiene como objetivo determinar el umbral costo-eficiencia para las inversiones en recuperación del servicio ecosistémico de regulación hídrica en ecosistemas andinos con la finalidad de conocer la rentabilidad social de dichas inversiones sin la necesidad de comparar dos alternativas de solución propuestas por las Unidades Formuladoras, se identificó 36 de 784 inversiones registradas en el Banco de Inversiones del MEF en el periodo 2015-2019 que representa un monto de inversión de S/. 303.44 millones de soles equivalente al 9.44% del total de las inversiones registradas. A partir del modelo del beneficio incremental neto del efecto con un nivel de confianza del 95%, se identificó los valores de lambda y los limites mínimos y máximos mediante el método Bootstrap para la inversión en 10,600; 0.69 y 577.25, respectivamente, también se aplicó para las principales acciones. A partir de ello, se determinó el umbral de inversión en S/. 13,229.88 por hectárea, reforestación en S/. 6,874.78 por hectárea, revegetación en S/. 9,764.90 soles por hectárea, instalación de qochas en S/. 215,328.37 por unidad y la implementación de zanjas de infiltración en S/. 9.34 soles por metro lineal.The objective of this monograph is to determine the cost-efficiency threshold for investments in the recovery of the ecosystem service of water regulation in Andean ecosystems in order to know the social profitability of said investments without the need to compare two alternative solutions proposed by the Units. Formulators, 36 of 784 investments registered in the MEF Investment Bank were identified in the 2015-2019 period, representing an investment amount of S/. 303.44 million soles, equivalent to 9.44% of the total investments registered.
