Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Clima Organizacional adaptada por Chaparro y Vega y la Escala de Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen. Se encontró que la mayoría de docentes consideraban que el clima organizacional en estas instituciones era adecuado y el compromiso que presentaban era moderado. Concluyéndose que existía una relación significativa directa y baja entre el clima y compromiso organizacional en este grupo de docentes. Se presentan las implicancias del estudio.

Se presentan las implicancias del estudio.The present investigation sought to establish the relationship between climate and organizational commitment in the teachers of four religious educational institutions of Lima Sur. We worked with the entire population, which was made up of 142 teachers from four religious educational institutions in Lima Sur. The instruments used were the Organizational Climate Scale adapted by Chaparro and Vega and the Meyer and Allen Organizational Commitment Scale. It was found that the majority of teachers considered that the organizational climate in these institutions was adequate, and the commitment they presented was moderate. Concluding that there was a direct and low significant relationship between the climate and organizational commitment in this group of teachers.
