El tipo de investigación fue básico, cuantitativo, no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional; se trabajó con una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 80 docentes de ambos sexos; los instrumentos aplicados fueron el Cuestionario de gestión educativa y la Escala de compromiso organizacional, ambos validados por juicio de expertos. Se concluyó tras la aplicación de pruebas estadísticas y después de analizar los valores obtenidos, que existe una relación directa y significativa entre las variables estudiadas, de efecto pequeño.

The type of research was basic, quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational; a non-probabilistic sample of 80 teachers of both sexes was used; the instruments applied were the Educational Management Questionnaire and the Organizational Commitment Scale, both validated by expert judgment.
