Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre síndrome burnout y desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital regional de Ica, 2022. Materiales y métodos: El enfoque a utilizar en esta investigación es el cuantitativo, con un nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental, también se abordará un nivel el descriptivo-transversal. La población estará conformada por 83 enfermeras de la Unidad de Cuidados intensivos del Hospital regional de Ica. La técnica a emplear será la encuesta y el instrumento serán dos cuestionarios, uno para la variable de síndrome burnout, contando con 20 ítems y otro para la variable. desempeño laboral contando con 7 ítems. Resultados: Después de aplicar los instrumentos se procederá a diseñar las tablas y gráficos para establecer el análisis descriptivo e inferencial. Conclusiones: Se establecerán a lo que culmino el estudio en función de su objetivo general y específicos de la investigación. |
