Material y Métodos: el estudio se enfocó en un paciente del sexo masculino de 61 años de edad, la información fue recolectada por medio de la observación, entrevista y el formato de valoración de Marjory Gordon, se procedió analizar de los hallazgos utilizando NANDA, NIC, NOC con el objetivo de identificar diagnósticos y evaluar intervenciones. Resultados: dolor agudo; el 20% de las intervenciones aún están en proceso debido a persistencia del dolor. Deterioro de la integridad cutánea; el 20% de las intervenciones están en proceso debido a la alteración de la integridad cutánea. Deterioro de la movilidad física; el 20% de las actividades aún están proceso. Riesgo de intolerancia a la actividad; el 35% de las intervenciones aún están en proceso ya que aún existe la posibilidad de no tolerar la actividad. Riesgo de infección; el 35% de las intervenciones se encuentran en proceso, ya que demanda una enseñanza a largo plazo. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería resultaron ser eficaces; sin embargo, es imperativo que el enfoque se oriente hacia diagnósticos con porcentajes reducidos; Riesgo de intolerancia a la actividad (35%) y riesgo de infección (35%), lo cual garantice los objetivos trazados.

Material and methods: the study focused on a 61-year-old male patient. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and the Marjory Gordon assessment form. The findings were analyzed using NANDA, NIC, and NOC to identify diagnoses and evaluate interventions. Results: acute pain; 20% of interventions are still in progress due to persistent pain. Impaired skin integrity; 20% of interventions are in progress due to altered skin integrity. Impaired physical mobility; 20% of activities are still in progress. Risk of activity intolerance; 35% of interventions are still in progress as activity intolerance remains a possibility. Risk of infection; Thirty-five percent of the interventions are in progress, as they require long-term learning.
