description Objetivo: establecer el síndrome de burnout en los profesionales de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de un Hospital Público de Arequipa, 2024. Resultados: Los datos serán procesados mediante estadística descriptiva, analizando los niveles de burnout en cada dimensión. Los resultados se presentarán de manera estructurada en tablas y gráficos, facilitando su interpretación y análisis. Conclusiones: los hallazgos permitirán identificar el síndrome de burnout en personal enfermero del entorno quirúrgico, sirviendo como base para implementar estrategias educativas y preventivas orientadas a reducir el impacto de este problema en el bienestar del personal.

Materials and methods: this study will follow a quantitative approach, non-experimental and descriptive cross-sectional design; 57 nurses will be selected as a sample, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), “designed to measure the three dimensions of the syndrome”: “emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal fulfillment, will be used to evaluate the variable”. Results: the data will be processed using descriptive statistics, analyzing the levels of burnout in each dimension. The results will be presented in a structured way in tables and graphs, facilitating their interpretation and analysis.
