El grupo a investigar incluye a 10 enfermeras que laboran en el Centro de Salud La Unión - Chimbote. Para obtener la información se aplicarán dos instrumentos: el primero es un “Cuestionario sobre el grado del síndrome de burnout en enfermeras” que comprende 22 preguntas, repartidos en tres dimensiones: despersonalización, agotamiento emocional y realización personal en el trabajo, cada pregunta tiene un puntaje que va de 0 a 6 puntos, con una escala valorativa ordinal de alto, mediano y bajo; El segundo es un “Cuestionario sobre la calidad de atención de enfermería”, consta de 22 preguntas y está dividido en dos dimensiones: calidad objetiva y calidad subjetiva, tiene un puntaje de 1 a 5 puntos, con una escala valorativa ordinal de baja, regular, buena y excelente. Resultados: estarán representados en tablas estadísticas. Conclusiones: la presente investigación ofrecerá información objetiva sobre el síndrome de burnout en el profesional de enfermería y calidad de atención de los mismos en el área de crecimiento y desarrollo.

The research group includes 10 nurses working at the La Unión Health Center in Chimbote. Two instruments will be used to obtain information: the first is a "Questionnaire on the degree of burnout syndrome in nurses" comprising 22 questions, divided into three dimensions: depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, and personal accomplishment at work. Each question has a score ranging from 0 to 6 points, with an ordinal rating scale of high, medium, and low. The second is a "Questionnaire on the quality of nursing care," consisting of 22 questions and divided into two dimensions: objective quality and subjective quality, with a score of 1 to 5 points, with an ordinal rating scale of low, fair, good, and excellent. Results: will be represented in statistical tables.
