Materiales y métodos: este proyecto inicia a partir por un problema que incumbe a diferentes aspectos basados en evidencia es tratado cuantitativamente, cuál diseño es no experimental y correlacional; constituido por el conjunto de 42 especialistas titulados en enfermería que actualmente ejercen en la UCI adultos del hospital. Asimismo como método de medida se eligió el cuestionario conocido como: “NSS”, comprende 34 indicadores o ítems y divididos en tres dimensiones. Procesamiento de datos: concluida la recepción de todas las evidencias se procederá con la herramienta llamada IBM SPSS, específicamente por la versión 26, la información se plasmara visualmente permitiendo una comprensión más clara y accesible de indicadores que reflejen resultados la variable y sus dimensiones. Conclusiones: el estrés se posiciona como uno de los componentes fundamentales que incide directamente en la preservación y el cuidado del bienestar humano, siendo esencial para garantizar un equilibrio mental, por tanto conocer el estado actual, para poder actuar y planificar estrategias e intervenciones.

It is comprised of a group of 42 certified nursing specialists currently working in the hospital's adult ICU. The questionnaire known as the "NSS" was chosen as the measurement method. It comprises 34 indicators or items divided into three dimensions. Data processing: Once all the evidence has been received, the information will be presented visually using the IBM SPSS tool, specifically version 26, allowing for a clearer and more accessible understanding of indicators that reflect the results of the variable and its dimensions. Conclusions: stress is positioned as one of the fundamental components that directly impacts the preservation and care of human wellbeing. It is essential to ensure mental balance.
