La población está conformada por 45 pacientes que ingresen por el área de emergencia del hospital I Sullana. Se utilizaron 2 cuestionarios, el cual comprende para evaluar la variable de calidad de cuidado que consta de 19 ítems en base a 2 dimensiones de estudio, con 5 opciones de respuesta múltiple. teniendo como resultado Alta, Media y Baja, y para la variable satisfacción del paciente compuesto por 22 ítems en base a las 5 dimensiones de estudio, con 7 opciones de respuesta teniendo como escala ordinal de resultado buena, regular y mala. Resultados: los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos; en forma descriptiva. conclusiones: Este proyecto de investigación brindará información objetiva sobre calidad de cuidado y la satisfacción del encuestado en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital I Sullana.

The population consisted of 45 patients admitted through the emergency department of Hospital I Sullana. Two questionnaires were used to evaluate the quality of care variable, which consists of 19 items based on two study dimensions, with five multiple-choice options, with high, medium, and low results. The patient satisfaction variable consists of 22 items based on the five study dimensions, with seven response options, using an ordinal scale of good, fair, and poor results. Results: the results will be presented in tables and graphs; descriptively.
