En cuanto al estrés laboral, 58 participantes que representan el 53,7% tuvieron estrés medio. En la dimensión ambiente física, 63 participantes que representan el 58,3% tuvieron estrés medio. En la dimensión ambiente psicológico, 68 participantes que representan el 62,9% tuvieron estrés medio. En la dimensión ambiente social, 49 participantes que representan el 45,3% tuvieron estrés medio. el nivel de estrés laboral del personal de salud de un Centro Materno Infantil durante la pandemia de la COVID-19, fue en su mayoría medio.
