description El objetivo general de esta investigación fue determinar la incidencia de los recursos didácticos en el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa de inglés en estudiantes de una institución educativa de Lima, 2025, el cual está alineado a la ODS 4. La metodología empleada fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo con diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional causal. Se aplicó como instrumento dos cuestionarios de 34 preguntas en total a una muestra de 150 estudiantes, los cuales estuvieron medidos por la escala Likert. Con respecto a los resultados, se demostró que hay una incidencia significativa en la competencia comunicativa, obteniendo un coeficiente de Nagelkerke de 0.282 con un sig=<0.001 mediante la regresión logística ordinal. De acuerdo con los datos obtenidos, se concluyó que los recursos didácticos inciden de manera significativa en la competencia comunicativa. Asimismo, se evidenció que los recursos didácticos inciden de manera significativa en la competencia lingüística, sociolingüística, pragmática y psicolingüística en el idioma inglés.
