description En esta investigación se tiene como importancia el cuidado de la salud mental por ello se hablará sobre la desregulación emocional y la agresividad. El objetivo general es determinar la relación entre la desregulación emocional y la agresividad en estudiantes de secundaria de la institución educativa pública de San Juan de Lurigancho. Donde se utilizó un método correlacional con una muestra de 219 alumnos tomando en cuenta en nuestra prueba piloto el total de 30 alumnos entre los 14 y 18 años. Se utilizó los instrumentos de desregulación emocional (DERS) y el cuestionario de Agresividad (AQ). En el resultado se determinó que existe una correlación positiva media entre desregulación emocional y agresividad con un valor de (Rho = ,487; p < ,000); esto demuestra que, a medida que aumenta la desregulación emocional, tiende a aumentar también la agresividad, y viceversa. En la conclusión, existe una relación entre desregulación emocional y agresividad en los estudiantes de secundaria de San Juan de Lurigancho.
