description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si existe relación entre Conformidad y Relaciones Interpersonales en una entidad Judicial de Piura. El diseño de investigación fue Descriptivo correlacional. Se trabajó con una población total de 176 trabajadores entre varones y mujeres. Se aplicó dos instrumentos: La Escala de Conformidad (Pittman, 2013) y la Escala de Relaciones Interpersonales (Espinoza, 2009), los cuales gozan de confiabilidad, validez y haremos. Se analizaron los resultados mediante el estadístico SPSS 18, se concluyó que no existe relación significativa entre conformidad y relaciones interpersonales de una entidad Judicial de Piura -2013. En el análisis descriptivo de las variables destaca en conformidad: procesos de influencia social y cohesión. Finalmente, en relaciones interpersonales sobresalen niveles medianamente favorables.
