description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general describir la Gestión Administrativa en la Agencia Municipal de Canto Grande - Distrito San Juan de Lurigancho 2014. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un diseño descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, en el cual la muestra estuvo conformada por 120 trabajadores de la Agencia Municipal de Canto Grande - Distrito San Juan de Lurigancho 2014. Para mejorar la información requerida, previamente se validaron los instrumentos y se demostró la validez y confiabilidad a 30 trabajadores, mediante la técnica de opinión de expertos y alfa de Cronbach respectivamente; la técnica que se utilizó fue una encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario graduado en la escala de Likert para la variable gestión administrativa. Con referencia al objetivo general: Describir el nivel de la Gestión Administrativa en la Agencia Municipal de Canto Grande - Distrito San Juan de Lurigancho 2014, se concluye que la Gestión Administrativa es regular, lo cual se explicita con el 80,8% de las opiniones de los trabajadores.
