description El presente trabajo de investigación “Clima Institucional y la actitud docente en la Institución Educativa 6090 José Olaya Balandra Chorrillos 2013”, tuvo como problema principal : ¿Cuál es la relación entre el clima institucional y la actitud docente en la Institución Educativa 6090 José Olaya Balandra y como objetivo , establecer cuál es la relación entre el clima institucional y la actitud docente en la Institución Educativa 6090 José Olaya Balandra el cual surge como respuesta a la problemática institucional. La investigación es de tipo básica, nivel correlacional, desarrollado bajo un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, se empleó el método hipotético deductivo. La población de estudio son los docentes de la Institución educativa y la muestra es 120 docentes a quienes se aplicó los instrumentos de investigación. Al contrastar la hipótesis general se cumple con el objetivo propuesto y se concluye que: Existe relación directa y significativa entre el clima institucional y la actitud docente con una significancia estadística de p-valor= 0.001 < 0.05.
