La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar qué relación existe entre talento humano y calidad de servicio en la DEMUNA de una Municipalidad Distrital de la Provincia de Chiclayo, 2024. La investigación fue básica con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 472 usuarios con una muestra de 123 usuarios. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario. Como resultado se obtuvo que el coeficiente de correlación de 0.849 con un valor de p muy bajo 0,000 indica que a medida que aumenta el nivel de talento humano dentro de la organización, también mejora la percepción de la calidad del servicio. Se concluyó indicando que es necesario los programas de formación continua, evaluaciones de desempeño estructuradas, y políticas de retención que reconozcan y fomenten crecimiento de las capacidades individuales.
