Los datos fueron procesados mediante el programa Atlas.ti 9, donde surgieron las categorías: Prácticas del mobbing, efectos del mobbing y empoderamiento de la comunidad. Los resultados muestran que el mobbing hacia la comunidad LGBTIQ+, está presente en los entornos laborales, manifestándose a través de comentarios despectivos, exclusión y presión para ajustarse a normas impuestas, lo que ha provocado un deterioro significativo en la salud mental de las víctimas, con síntomas de estrés, ansiedad, depresión y afectaciones físicas, impactando tanto su vida laboral como personal.
