Para abordar la distribución no normal de los datos, se empleó el software estadístico SPSS en el análisis de la información Los resultados demostraron una fuerte relación (coeficiente de correlación de Spearman: 0,621) entre el liderazgo transformador y la colaboración. Además, existía una correlación sólida y significativa (r=0,708) entre la estimulación cognitiva y el trabajo en equipo. Aunque hubo una modesta asociación negativa (-0,124) entre la consideración individual y la colaboración, no fue estadísticamente significativa. Sin embargo, hubo una relación marginalmente buena entre la inspiración y el trabajo en equipo (coeficiente: 0,508). En general, parece que la consideración individual no tiene una fuerte conexión con la cooperación en este contexto, pero el liderazgo transformacional y los componentes motivacionales, incluyendo la estimulación intelectual y la motivación/inspiración, tienen un impacto sustancial en la colaboración en el lugar de trabajo.
