Se realizó un estudio básico, cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional, empleando una muestra de 120 trabajadores. Se aplicaron la Escala CL-SPC y el MBI. No se halló una relación significativa entre ambas variables (Rho = 0.166, p = 0.070). Los resultados indicaron que 80.8% percibió un clima laboral desfavorable y 48.3% presentó burnout elevado. En conclusión, se evidenció que la incidencia entre ambas variables fue positiva, aunque de intensidad muy baja. Además, el análisis de significancia bilateral reflejó que dicha relación no alcanzó un nivel estadísticamente significativo (Rho=0,166 y p=0,070). Se recomendó mejorar las condiciones organizacionales para fortalecer el bienestar del personal de salud.
