El problema de esta investigación es conocer cuál es la implementación de la norma ISO 45001 2018 para la empresa URBIS Ingeniería y Proyectos S.R.L. Piura 2022, inicialmente se hará un diagnóstico situacional en donde nos permitirá identificar el nivel de conocimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional implementando la norma ISO 45001 2018, posteriormente se va a conocer el diagnóstico final, respecto a mejorar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo implementando la norma ISO 45001 2018 en la empresa URBIS Ingeniería y proyectos S.R.L. Piura 2022.
