Obteniendo como resultado, una relación negativa y trivial de -0.091 entre la autodeterminación y la satisfacción con el voluntariado de los bomberos de la Tercera Comandancia Departamental La Libertad, concluyendo que existe una relación negativa entre las variables estudiadas.
