Así mismo, la muestra estuvo conformada por los usuarios y trabajadores del Archivo Central del Poder Judicial de Lambayeque. Los resultados de la investigación podemos identificar que la atención del usuario se encuentra en un nivel bueno, aunque existen aún algunos aspectos que podemos mejorar para brindar una mejor calidad de atención al usuario. También de lo investigado se desprende que existe una regular gestión de expedientes judiciales, por cuanto se ha podido determinar que no tiene una buena organización administrativa en cuanto a los expedientes judiciales que existen en el archivo central.
