description La investigación tiene como título, Justicia territorial y segregación urbana en el proyecto especial ciudad Pachacutec, sector E, distrito Ventanilla del 2000 - 2021. Tiene como objetivo principal, determinar de qué manera los habitantes de Pachacutec emplean la justicia territorial como herramienta para superar conflictos sociales en función a su desarrollo y expectativas, a pesar de sus limitaciones físicas y sociales. La metodología, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica descriptiva, correlacional y diseño no experimental, transversal. La muestra fue 1678 viviendas y 50 encuestados elegidos de forma probabilística y aleatoria, la técnica fue análisis documental, instrumento ficha de investigación, encuesta y cartografía, con validación de la base de fuentes primarias, el análisis de confiabilidad fue de alfa de cronbach. Posteriormente se procesaron los datos en el software SPSS 26, el análisis inferencial es de regresión nominal, con el coeficiente de correlación bivariada de Pearson para probar la hipótesis. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se analizó como ambas variables se relacionan, logrando identificar que la justicia territorial al ser una herramienta que activa el accionar del pueblo, genera determinados recursos locales, frente a la falta de accesibilidad y continuidad de accesos en los sectores urbanos donde una ciudad crece en fragmentos.
