En cuanto a la metodología, es de tipo básica, el enfoque es cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental transversal, de nivel correlacional contó con una muestra conformada por 650 docentes de distintas instituciones educativas del distrito de Santa Anita. Además, se administraron dos instrumentos de medición: la escala de Satisfacción laboral y Valores hacia el trabajo, ambos instrumentos son válidos y confiables para su medición en la muestra de estudio. En relación a los resultados se obtuvo el estadístico de correlación de Rho Spearman de ,613, por lo que se evidenció un p-valor de 0,000. Concluyendo así la relación entre satisfacción laboral y valores hacia el trabajo, evidenciando que existe relación positiva moderada entre las variables, en conclusión a más satisfacción laboral incrementarán los valores hacia el trabajo.
