El procesamiento de análisis de los datos, se realizó mediante el análisis estadístico descriptivo, a través de tablas y gráficos.De los resultados, se encontró que el 60% se encuentra promedio, el 17% en alto, el 15% en muy alto, el 6% en bajo y para finalizar, el 2% en nivel atípica excelente de inteligencia emocional. Concluyendo que se encuentran en un nivel promedio de inteligencia emocional.
