Resultados: El 67,3% del personal de salud padecían de estrés laboral moderado; seguido del 21,2% que tenía estrés laboral leve y el 11,5% de estrés laboral severo. El 59,6% del personal de salud padecía de dispepsia funcional moderado; el 23,9% de dispepsia funcional leve; el 11,5% tenía dispepsia funcional muy leve y el 5,8% de dispepsia funcional severo. Se aplicó el coeficiente de gamma para identificar la fuerza de asociación entre las variables obteniéndose, el valor fue de 0,431 que indica que existe una débil fuerza de asociación entre ambas variables, por lo cual se acepta la hipótesis alternativa y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Concluyendo que existe una débil fuerza de asociación entre ambas variables en estudio.
