El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar el bullying docente en la educación básica peruana y proponer mecanismos para garantizar el derecho a la integridad en aplicación del interés superior del niño. Se concluyó la necesidad de implementar y promover una educación libre de violencia mediante la modificación de la Ley N.º 28044, la Ley N.º 29719 y su reglamento, la inclusión del bullying docente como delito autónomo, y la modificación del reglamento de la Ley N.º 30466, acompañadas de protocolos e instrumentos pertinentes para prevenir, sancionar y erradicar el bullying docente.
