En este sentido, el objetivo general busca d eterminar la relación entre el principio de igualdad laboral y el Régimen laboral del Decreto Legislativo 1057 , en el caso planteado. Asimismo , este estudio obedece a una investigación de tipo básica, co n un diseño no experimental y un nivel de alcance descriptiv o , correlacional . Aquí, se tuvo una población compuesta por 122 trabajadores de las áreas administrativas involucradas , donde se tomó como muestra a 93 colaboradores del Gobierno Regional de Tacna , utilizándose un cuestionari o como instrumento para la recolección de datos . Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que existe una correlación positiva y significativa (Rho de Spearman = 0.738, p < 0.05) entre el principio de igualdad laboral y el régimen C AS en el Gobierno Regional de Tacna, 2021. Este hallazgo confirma que el régimen CAS tiene un impacto directo en la percepción y aplicación de la igualdad laboral, aunque persisten inconsistencias que perpetúan la inequidad.
