Los resultados hallados se organizaron en cinco representaciones sociales, la primera corresponde a las manifestaciones sobre violencia directa, la segunda al reconocimiento de lo femenino, la tercera a las masculinidades, la cuarta a la participación femenina en espacios de decisión comunal, y finalmente la quinta es sobre la invisibilización de la violencia hacia la mujer en la comunidad.

Female and male residents of the Sangarará community participated in this study. It was carried out from the qualitative paradigm of the research, and semi-structured interview was used as a data collection technique.
