El trabajo de investigación responde a un alcance descriptivo, también se tomó en consideración el diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Se contó con la participación de 31 docentes de la Institución Educativa Diego Quispe Tito del distrito de San Sebastián; y para la recolección de la información se aplicó un cuestionario de elaboración propia conformado por 54 ítems. Uno de los resultados obtenidos predominantes es el nivel de competencias digitales de los docentes mostrando un nivel moderado de conocimiento en un 80.6%. Además, se concluye que se encontró que muchos de los docentes tienen dificultades en el manejo y dominio de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación y no las pueden adaptar al ámbito educativo.

Diego Quispe Tito from the district of San Sebastián, Cusco, year 2021, setting as a general objective to determine the level of development of digital competence in teachers. The research work responds to a descriptive scope, the non-experimental cross-sectional design was also taken into consideration. The participation of 31 teachers from the Diego Quispe Tito Educational Institution of the San Sebastián district; and to collect the information, a self-elaborated questionnaire was applied, consisting of 54 items. One of the predominant results obtained is the level of digital skills of teachers showing a moderate level of knowledge in 80.6%.
