El estudio fue de tipo básica, de nivel descriptivo y diseño transeccional-correlacional. Se tuvo una población de 233 adolescentes reducido a una muestra de 145 de una institución educativa del distrito de Callería, Pucallpa. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario validado – Escala de afrontamiento ACS y Escala de Bienestar Psicológico. Los resultados indican que en cuanto a los niveles de estrategias de afrontamiento adolescente de una institución educativa del distrito de Callería en su mayoría de encuentran en nivel medio con 89%, y un 11% en nivel alto. Por otro lado en cuanto a los niveles del bienestar psicológico en adolescente de una institución educativa del distrito de Callería en su mayoría de encuentran en nivel medio con 78%, y un 22% en nivel alto respectivamente. Concluyendo que existe relación positiva débil (0.018) y no significativa (0.828), entre estrategias de afrontamiento adolescente y bienestar psicológico en adolescentes de una institución educativa del distrito de Callería, Pucallpa, 2024, es decir que los métodos que utilizan los adolescentes para manejar el estrés tienen un efecto limitado en su bienestar general.
