La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 225 mujeres que fueron atendidos en el consultorio de ginecología con resultado de biopsia cervical patológico (lesiones epiteliales de alto riesgo y carcinoma) teniendo como muestra 134 mujeres, encontrándose mujer menor edad (20 años) mujer de mayor edad (84 años), Resultado: El estudio muestra, (92.5 %) son mujeres mayor 30 años , (7,5 %) mujeres menor 30 años, Estado Civil (38.8 %) solteras, (35.1 %) convivientes , (22,4 %) casado , (2,2 %) viuda , (1,5%) divorciada , nivel de instrucción (59.70 %) secundaria ,(32,09%) primaria, (4,48%) analfabeto ,procedencia (94.03 %) urbano, (5,97 %) rural , Estadísticamente muestra una correlación, prueba de Rho de Spearman entre conducta sexual y el riesgo de cáncer de cuello uterino muestra , Significativo (bilateral) = 0.000  p = 0.05 ,una significancia positivo por lo tanto existe relación significativa donde se acepta hipotisi alternativa y se rechaza hipotisis nula. Conclusión: La conducta sexual y riesgo cáncer cuello uterino, están significativamente relacionados con el riesgo de cáncer cuello uterino.
