description El objetivo fue gestionar participativamente universidad-municipalidad, la implementación del sendero interpretativo sostenible en el centro poblado Toclla-Huaraz, 2023. De tipo aplicada, enfoque cualitativo: investigación acción participativa; se aplicaron guías de observación y entrevista no estructurada, orientados por guías de diseño de senderos interpretativos, validada por Valderrama. Como resultado:1) Implementamos el sendero interpretativo sostenible misterioso Mishi rumi, con entrada en la intersección Pariac y Yerbabuena, llegada a erac huanca (estatuas de piedra con figuras humanas) lugar del mirador misterioso Mishi rumi, con salida por Puquio ruri, Plaza de armas de Toclla, 2) elaboramos mapas de ubicación, acceso y vistas, 3) descubrimos en el trayecto restos prehistóricos de wella coto, chinyac rumi (piedra que suena), Mishi rumis (piedras en forma de gato), la flora y fauna, 4) colocamos señaléticas. Concluimos que la gestión participativa universidad-municipalidad, contribuye al ordenamiento territorial y promoción del turismo; el papel de la academia asumiendo su responsabilidad social, es de asesoría, motivación y acción, basada en los principios del turismo. Recomendamos apostar por el ecoturismo que incorpora conceptos de sostenibilidad, desarrollo socioeconómico, conservación del patrimonio natural y cultural; aplicándose la gobernanza y la articulación público-privada.
