Perú en el 2021 ocupa el primer lugar de controversias con nueve (09) casos ante el CIADI, los mismos que afectan el crecimiento, desarrollo sostenible y el logro de los ODS al 2030. Se señalan una serie de recomendaciones a fin de mejorar la gobernanza y gestión de las controversias entre el Estado peruano y los inversionistas sobre todo extranjeros. Promueve una política nacional sobre inversiones y la formación y/o capacitación en arbitraje y una mayor participación de los jóvenes, entre otros aspectos.

Coincidentally they are located in the district of Chorrillos de Lima –Peru, approx. 1.5 Kms away. Peru in 2021 occupies the first place of controversies with nine (09) cases before the ICSID, the same ones that affect growth, sustainable development and the achievement of the SDGs by 2030. A series of recommendations are identified in order to improve the governance and management of disputes between the Peruvian State and investors, especially foreign investors.
