Sumario:Work is an activity that offers meaning to people and the possibility of improving their quality of life. The objective of this review is to identify the relationship between perceived employability and self-efficacy in professionals. For this purpose, a systematic review was carried out in the following databases: Scopus, Web of Science and Ebsco. The papers that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria (n=10) were selected for analysis. It was found that the relationship between the perception of employability and self efficacy was statistically significant and also shows the relevance of the development of soft competencies, specifically self-efficacy in professionals, generating intervention actions by organizational psychology.
