En la metodología se han considerado el trabajo de gabinete para la obtención y revisión de información y el trabajo de campo para su contrastación y validación, y las generalidades sobre la acuicultura mundial y nacional. Se ha desarrollado el ejemplo del cultivo de trucha en el Perú, tanto en lo que respecta a su producción como a su inversión y rentabilidad.

The research methodology included information gathering and analysis and fi eld work for its comparison and validation, following the conceptual and referential framework that is part of this investigation, about Aquaculture investment and project profitability in Peru. A general view of the world and Peruvian aquaculture has been considered.
