description La temática del congreso fue altamente relevante por varios motivos. Primero, continuamos inmersos en una etapa de cambios e incertidumbres, que —estamos seguros— terminarán configurando una nueva realidad que presenta no solo desafíos, sino también oportunidades. Segundo, consideramos que la tecnología y sus constantes disrupciones representan herramientas que, bien seleccionadas, adoptadas y adaptadas, nos ayudarán a capitalizar las oportunidades y vencer los desafíos que esta nueva realidad nos plantea. Finalmente, y no por eso menos importante, creemos que la sensibilización sobre ambos temas —nueva realidad y valor de la tecnología— es una precondición para que la comunidad en general, y especialmente nuestra comunidad académica, empiece a pensar en soluciones orientadas a crear bienestar y riqueza.
