Sumario:This professional work consists of the digital launch of Note20Merch through digital platforms. This student enterprise is dedicated to providing merchandising services and personalized advertising items for university projects. A communication strategy was carried out for the digital launch through the creation of a website, and the social networks Facebook and Instagram. As well as conducting advertising campaigns to reach the target audience at the right time from these channels. The creation and benefits of these tools allowed the company to continue working during the COVID-19 quarantine period.
